Strategic Planning Retreat for Solopreneurs
NEW!
It's Time to Invest in YOUR Short and Long-Term Success!
Invest the same care and intention into your business that you help your clients achieve.
In this year-end strategic planning session you will design your own Solopreneuer’s Roadmap for the next 1, 3, 5 and 10 years.
Many of us got into solopreneurship to have room in our life for more than just a job. We’ll build our roadmaps to reflect the totality of our priorities and passions. That way we can keep our goals in alignment with our whole selves and maintain context when priorities shift.
- Reflect on your progress so far - how did you do on your business and personal goals? What lit you up? What do you want to do more of? What drained you? What do you want to do less of?
- Look ahead - where do you want your business to be in a year? In 5 years? 10? How do those goals align with your personal goals?
- Dream big - we will “dwell in possibilities,” getting all the “someday” projects and ideas down on paper so you can make a thoughtful decision about where they fit in your roadmap. This might not be the year to start a podcast or hire your first employee, but 2028 is looking pretty good!
- Help each other - We’ll do this work in community, leaning on each other as sounding boards, truth tellers, and idea massagers.
